In the early eighties, Hoda elaborated in her kitchen an old secret recipe of a British toffee called Cupidon.
Upon the pressing requests of her customers, she developed the Almond Fondant. Today, beside very few high-end pastry in the Middle East, she is the only confectioner who successfully prepares this most sophisticated and elegant French recipe.
Thirty five years later, Hoda owns an authentic chocolate kitchen. She continuously innovates her artistic
western creations mixing oriental and sweets' flavors. Thanks to her experience supplies selective chocolate shops in and the refinement of her products, she Beirut, KSA and Geneva under their own brand.
She is today recognized as an up-market, hand-made chocolate maker within a full-fledged professional network.
